In this context, the Founder and CEO of “Nad Holding,” Nabil Abdulrahman Debwan, stated that “Nad Holding” manages a number of prestigious Italian brands that have formed a qualitative addition to the restaurant, café, and fashion sector in the Kingdom, with plans to expand into new regional markets.

He explained that the company’s strategy is not limited to attracting global brands, but also to operating and managing them from Bahrain, which enhances the Kingdom’s role as a regional hub for these brands in the Gulf region. He indicated that “Nad Holding” is in advanced stages to announce new Italian brands that carry a qualitative dimension in the Bahraini market experience, reflecting mutual trust and the depth of economic partnerships between the two sides. These partnerships have granted the company a leading position in the Bahraini and regional market, as they have contributed to providing an authentic European experience that raised consumer confidence, enhanced the sector’s competitiveness, and established Bahrain as a main gateway for Italian brands towards the Gulf.

Debwan affirmed that what distinguishes these partnerships is that they carry an authentic Italian character but are managed with Bahraini efficiency, which gives them a double competitive advantage.

On the investment front, Debwan clarified that the volume of current investments between “Nad Holding” and Italian companies reaches about $5 million USD, with plans for future expansion, noting that the goal extends to building success stories that launch from Bahrain to the region.

He also pointed out that these partnerships carry an economic and cultural dimension, as they contribute to strengthening the bonds between Bahrain and Italy, open the door for more European investments, in addition to creating new job opportunities, adding real value to the Bahraini economy. In this context, Debwan stressed that one of the fruits of these partnerships lies in raising the rate of Bahrainization in operation, as they provide real opportunities for Bahraini cadres in the fields of management, marketing, and hospitality, affirming that real investment is measured by the opportunities it provides for Bahraini youth, not just by financial profits.

Debwan concluded by emphasizing that the exceptional success formula adopted by the company is based on combining timeless European quality and young Bahraini competencies, which establishes Bahrain’s position as a natural gateway for global brands towards the Gulf, and confirms that the Kingdom is not merely a consumer destination, but a regional platform for creating new success stories.
