Commencement of operations for Miniso, Sama Mart, and other retail shops

Launched the F&B division

Signed, opened, and operated Cinnabon and Seattle’s Best Coffee

Opened the first Brunch & Cake branch, signed deals for additional branches, and expanded existing F&B and retail brands

2024

Allocated $30 million USD for real estate development. Expanded F&B operations in UAE with Blaze Pizza and Auntie Anne’s franchises Opening Blaze Pizza in Marassi, opening & Launching B&C Aurora and opening 2 Defacto branches
